SELF CARE IS THE BEST CARE

Hey, I understand it's a lot going on right now in the world, so staying informed is crucial at this point.


We are currently in a pandemic, civil rights movements (#blacklivesmatters), and an infodemic all at once. With the rapidly changing environment we are in ,it's easy to get lost in the endless scrolls about the violence people are enduring.


Take some time for yourself. Be aware of your emotions, it's okay to feel angry or upset , acknowledge that. Enjoying your own company for once with no distractions to refocus.
